We're on the hunt for an experienced and passionate barber to join our talented team!

As a barber at Brawn Barbershop, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional hair services and ensuring our clients look and feel their best. Your personality and expertise will play a pivotal role in helping us deliver on our reputation of authenticity and excellence.

    • Full-time preferred with potential for part-time options for the right person

    • $30 an hour + competitive uncapped commission and product bonus

    • Ongoing training and upskilling opportunities (in Whangārei and Auckland)

    • A current NZ hairdressing/barbers certificate or equivalent qualification

    • Three years (give or take) of professional experience

    • Passionate about their client's hair and scalp health

    • Strong barbering skills across cuts (shaves, even better!)

    • Keen attitude for training and upskilling

    • Excellent customer service and communication skills

    • Our online booking system makes client management a breeze

    Brawn is focussed on the health of hair, scalp and beard using the Davines range as well as Triumph and Disaster to achieve that.

    Services at Brawn Barbershop include:

    • Clipper and scissor cuts

    • Head washes and scalp massages

    • Beard trims and shaves

    • Facials Hair and Scalp treatments

    Your comfort in delivering all of these will be key. Training for the facials, head washes and scalp massages will be provided
